If your NutriBullet Juicer Pro is not turning on, it is likely that it is either assembled improperly, or that it has overheated. The power button will flash three times and remain illuminated if the unit is improperly assembled. Check if the pulp basin is correctly and securely seated on the motor base, and that the locking handle is set in the proper, vertical locked position. Once properly assembled, the power button light will turn off.
If your NutriBullet Juicer Pro is not turning on after a period of heavy use, it’s likely that the unit has overheated. Your machine is programmed to temporarily shut down as a protective measure when it senses overuse. If or when this occurs, unplug the unit and allow it to cool for at least 15 minutes before plugging back in and attempting to use it again. Do not touch or hold the Juicer if the unit is hot to the touch.
