If your Magic Bullet Kitchen Express is not turning on, it is likely that it is either assembled improperly, or that it has overheated. If using the work bowl, make sure the lid is properly attached and locked in place by matching the lid lock icon to the silver arrow on the work bowl handle. Once the lid is secured, set the bowl on the power base and gently twist clockwise to lock into place. If using the cup, make sure the blade is securely fastened to the cup before locking the blade into the power base using the same gentle clockwise twist.
If your Magic Bullet Kitchen Express is not turning on after a period of heavy use, it’s likely that it has overheated. Your machine is programmed to temporarily shut down as a protective measure when it senses overuse. If/when this occurs, unplug the unit and allow it to cool for at least 15 minutes before plugging back in and attempting to use again.
