An online order cannot be cancelled, and/or products cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind, accidental purchase, or incorrect orders placed.
We’re happy to assist with any questions you may have. However, a proof of purchase is required, such as a purchase receipt or the confirmation email you received when ordering online. This also applies for items you may have received as a gift.
