The SmartSense features 5 manual speeds which can be used with both the blend and pulse settings. Read on for their recommended uses:
- SPEED 1: 5000 RPMs – Breaking down textured soups and stews, milling flours (nut, oat, etc).
- SPEED 2: 7000 RPMs – Light blending for salsas and chunky dips.
- SPEED 3: 9000 RPMs – Mid-range blending for milkshakes, protein shakes, nut butters.
- SPEED 4: 11,000 RPMs – Medium-high blending for fruit smoothies, frozen cocktails/drinks, purees.
- SPEED 5: 25,000 RPMs – High-speed blending for smoothies made from tough vegetables/fruits, extra-creamy soups, no-strain nut milk.
