Ensure that the Blade Assembly and Chopping Blade are properly attached. Ensure that the ingredients do not exceed the MAX fill line on the Processor Bowl. Ensure sure that the ingredients are suitable for chopping.

Try chopping using the Pulse Mode. Select, hold, and release the Dashed Circle on the Control Panel in succession until your ingredients are cut to satisfaction.
